LS Mtron, Participating in KOREA PACK 2022!

LS Mtron LTD(hereinafter referred to as LS Mtron) has been attracting interest for its upcoming participation in the International Process & Packaging Exhibition(hereinafter referred to as KOREA PACK 2022), the leading domestic exhibition for the packaging industry that will take place between Tuesday, June 14-Friday, June 17. 

Set to be held in KINTEX 1 Exhibition Center in Goyang-City, Gyeonggi Province, KOREA PACK 2022 is a biannual, internationally certified exhibition that brings together the present and future of the domestic packaging industry.  

For this exhibition, LS Mtron will present ‘the ONE*-170E’ that coalesce strengths such as ‘ultrahigh’, ‘ultraprecise’, ‘high cycle’ and draw the attention of the attendees through molding 4-cavity in-flight wine cups.

After generating a buzz with ‘the ONE*-E’ at the Plastec West 2022 held in Anaheim Convention Center in the United States between Tuesday, April 12-Thursday, April 14, 2022, LS Mtron is planning to subsequently captivate the hearts of domestic clients.  

LS Mtron announced that it will present ‘the ONE*-E’ that has been noted for its superior technology and strengths such as ‘ultrahigh’, ‘ultraprecise’, ‘high cycle’ in KOREA PACK that will take place between Tuesday, June 14-Friday, June 17 in KINTEX 1 Exhibition Center in Goyang-City. 

Planned to mold 4-cavity in-flight wine cups, ‘the ONE*-E’ has already been domestically and internationally recognized for its outstanding technology that attains 1.49 seconds(based on 170E) of dry cycle time through its optimized toggle system. 

This product has been optimized through High Cycle, which allows for higher precision production. Through the optimized fast toggle system, it has a 30% improved link speed ration, and operates with low vibration that alleviates shock through CI-Curve control. 

In addition, it has an improved acceleration performance, has increased plasticity thanks to adaptable screws with increased RPM, clamp force monitoring function due to a tie-bar sensor, automatic clamping force calibration function, and automatic zero adjustment mode function for spring mold, which all have been getting high marks from the clients.  

Moreover, the Dual Center Press Die structure minimizes any deformation of the die plates, improves the mold surface pressure(15% for stationary plates), and shines for its forte that extends the durability of the mold. 

Already proven itself in the most recent rendition of Plastec West 2022 in the North American market and stirring up attention over the predominantly Japanese electronic products, LS Mtron’s ‘the ONE*-E’ is anticipated to draw positive receptions from the attendees in KOREA PACK 2022.

■ Projected to Economically Recover: Food, Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics…KOREA PACK 2022 will be an Auspicious Opportunity!  

Jointly hosted by the Korean Packaging Machinery Association(KPMA), Kyungyon Exhibition Corp, and Monthly Packaging, KOREA PACK 2022 will present products related to the packaging process machinery such as material, converting, food·pharmaceutical·cosmetic production machinery, test machines, label/digital printing, and robots; it is targeted for industry professionals that are in various fields such as food, pharmaceuticals/cosmetics, confectionery/baking, household goods, and industrial/chemical. 

Also, it will open concurrently with Korea MAT, the large-scale Materials Handling and Logistics exhibition, and ICPI week, an exhibition of latest value chain products in pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries, which will allow the visitors to deftly identify the full range of a product - from its development and production, to packaging, all the way to logistics and distribution.    

As the recent 2022 economic predictions for a gradual upturn, the packaging industry is also projected to be affected by this upward movement. According to a recent government data, the economic growth rate of 2022 is predicted to be 3.1%, continuing the recent recovery pattern. These predictions are considered to be impacted by the increase in employment and income increase domestically and internationally after an economic recovery, supported by restored consumer confidence.
