Could plastic that is thrown away as rubbish be used to build our roads?

Usually, roads are made up mostly of rocks, limestone and sand. Then something called bitumen is added. Now an inventor says he has come up with a way of using recycled plastic to replace some of this bitumen. Watch Leah's report to find out how.
